Heritage Writers Group

  The Heritage Writers Group has new meeting times. They now meet the first and third Saturdays of each month from 2 until 4 p.m. All writers are invited to visit. Bring two pages double spaced of something you have written to read. They have a lot of fun, and get a lot done. Meetings are held in the Educational Building behind the Church of Christ, 400 Lake Dow Road in McDonough.

 

St. James Hollydaze

  The Council of Catholic Women at St. James Catholic Church will be host their annual “Hollydaze Arts and Crafts Show” Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The Church is located at 1000 Highway 155 North in McDonough. There will be lots of homemade crafts, baked goods, a raffle, and door prizes. Booth spaces are still available. For more info contact Marietta Christopher at m_christ@bellsouth.net

 

Hampton Events

  On November 8, Hampton Idol auditions start at 6:30 p.m. Present your best holiday song, a cappella, before a panel of judges. Call Chris at 678-758-0606 for more info. This is open to all residents of Henry County. Proof of residency is required.

Crossroads Career Network

Free Vision Screening
