In an effort to preserve some of the history of our community, The Times is displaying photos of Henry County from the past. Patricia Hancock wrote in to tell us that this is a picture of the McDonough Police Department. She also correctly identified Mrs. Crenshaw.

Leilani Tomberlin tells us that “ this is the little police shack on the McDonough Square. I think this picture was taken in 1968. I think these are the first lady officers in McDonough.”
