Cooking with Lisa Wall
Born in Clarkston, Georgia, Lisa Wall has resided in Stockbridge for 20 years. She is presently the instructor of exercise classes at Hidden Valley Senior Center. Lisa was not interested in cooking until around the age of 12, when her mother and “granny” began to show her how it was done. The first main dish she remembers cooking was country fried steak. “I loved country fried steak, so I figured I’d better learn how to cook it!” she explained. “My biggest flop at cooking has to be my mother’s lasagna. I’ve tried to cook it many times and no matter how often I’ve called her for help, hers is still the best.” For more of this week’s recipes, get your copy here! Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake
