Thanks to Vince Farrah for submitting this photo of his mother, Vicki Gasses Farah from the 1960’s. Vince said, “she was a lifelong waitress at Jackson’s Restaurant, and later Arnolds Restaurant then Baby Dumplings. She was also known as the lady that was always out walking around town every day.” Horace Brannan correctly identified the photo and added, “She was one of the best waitresses in Henry County.” Larry Doolittle, Sr. identified the photo and wrote, “Vickie was a great waitress that everyone loved. She always remembered what you drank and ate. Her son is in charge of Henry County Animal Control.” Joyce Andrews, Sharon Gronau, Barbara Compton and Smitty Phillips also wrote in to correctly identify the photo.
