In honor of his retirement, Henry County Library System (HCLS) Board Chair, Dr. Gordon Baker will waive all late fees through the end of the year. Late fees will be waived on any books returned in December. In addition, anyone with a Henry County PINES library card who has overdue fines can have them forgiven by contacting any Henry County library. Active cardholders can have fines waived over the phone by calling 678-432-5353.

If the card is expired, the cardholder must visit any branch of Henry County Library System with proof of current address to have fines waived and their card returned to active status. Fine forgiveness can only be applied to overdue fines and not fees for lost or damaged books. However anyone with lost or damaged book fees is encouraged to contact any HCLS Branch Manager to explore options for resolving their account and getting their library card returned to good standing.
