Members of the Andrew McBride Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution have vowed to always remember the anniversary of 9-11-2001. They visited all 16 Henry County Fire Stations and two City of McDonough Fire Stations and some police departments as well.

Members showed their appreciation to the firemen with an array of cookies and donuts and presented each station with a flyer expressing their appreciation for the firemen’s dedicated service to the Community. Participating DAR members included Amanda Beck, Helen Busbin, Wanda Chafin, Andrea Dodd, Sandy Foster, Anne Franklin, Jenny Gwinn, Sindy Moon, Judy Ogren, Kim Osborne, Amy Penn, Betty Shearouse, Ida Lou Sims, Linda West and Carol Yockers.
