James A. Robinson, Sr.

  James A. Robinson, Sr. age 73, of Clayton, GA., passed away on August 8, 2019.

  He is survived by his devoted life partner, Kay Clark of Lawrenceville; and sons James A. Robinson, Jr. (Andi), and Keith (grandson, Alex).

  Charles Wendell Johnson, Jr.,  age 67, of Hampton, Ga., passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019.

Gary E. Revis

   Gary E. Revis, age 74, of Stockbridge, Ga., passed away August 20, 2019. He was born on November 11, 1944, in Baltimore, Md., to Adele Tolar Simons of Lynchburg Va., and the late Jake Revis. Mr. Revis was a member of Community Bible Church of Stockbridge, where he was a Sunday school teacher for the three-year-old’s class for many years. He volunteered two to three days a week delivering Meals on Wheels for Henry County and worked at Scott Antique Market. He enjoyed spending his days doing everything a big kid could do, with his grandson, Timothy and all his friends. Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn Carol Revis, and daughter, Kimberly Ann Revis.

  Survivors are his son, Gary Revis, Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va., grandchildren Savannah Revis of Louisville, Co., Alexis Kelley of Goodview, Va., daughter, Donna Quigley and son-in-law Bill Quigley of McDonough, Ga., grandson, Timothy Rackley of McDonough, Ga., (son) of his daughter Kimberly Ann, brothers, Kenneth and Steve Revis and Ricky Simons, sister, Vicky Simons Thomas, great-grandchildren Kamuy and Soma Oneil and Ava Kelley.

  Celebration of life was held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2019 in the Chapel of Community Bible Church.
