  Samaritans Together of Henry County, Inc. recently received a grant for $5,000 from the Central Georgia EMC Foundation to assist Henry County residents in crisis.

  “We are so grateful to have the support of the Central Georgia EMC Foundation,” said Executive Director Kaye Sheets. “This year has been difficult for Henry County residents. We thank the members of CGEMC for their generosity.”

  Samaritans Together serve the underemployed, unemployed, senior citizens living on fixed incomes, single-parent households with limited incomes, and the disabled.

  The average Operation Round Up participant’s donation is fifty cents per month, but that “change” adds up to makes a big difference in local communities.
