Where in the World is the Times?

Joe Bates and Kathryn Schwenger of Stockbridge visited California to attend the wedding of two good friends in June. “Our friends live just outside Yosemite National Park and were married in the Yosemite Chapel. I was honored to be one of my friend’s bridesmaids. A few days after the wedding we all returned to Yosemite National Park, arriving before 6 am so we could get in without reservations (and it was all of 37° although it did warm up into the 80s), and spent the day enjoying this awesome national treasure. Of course we took a copy of the Henry Times with us, and our newly married friends thought it lots of fun to help us scout out locations to take photos of the ‘three’ of us in several different places. Here we are in front of the incredible huge granite monolith El Capitan that is one of the hallmark features of Yosemite National Park. As an interesting side note, our friends are taking their honeymoon in September and will be walking on the Camino el Santiago pilgrimage in Spain – for the second time!” said Kathryn. Thanks for taking the Times on your trip!
