Ladies in the area are invited to participate in Miss Pawsitively Beautiful, a fundraiser beauty pageant benefitting the Henry County Humane Society. The pageant will be held on Saturday, October 15 at 225 Technology Parkway in McDonough. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the pageant starts at 10 a.m. All ages are welcome to enter the event, which will include a competition in a formal gown as well as a “costume” based on the animal of choice.

All proceeds and any items received on the day of the pageant will be donated to the Henry County Humane Society. They are accepting donations in the form of cash, dog and cat food or cleaning products such as paper towels and bleach. Spectators are welcome to attend for a $5 donation.
