The Henry County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution to purchase a handicap accessible playground for the Locust Grove Recreation Center at the October 1 meeting.

The playground equipment will be purchased from and installed by Miracle Recreation in the amount of approximately $140,000. The funds are available in District I impact fees. For more information on Henry County Parks and Recreation, please visit hcprd.org.
