The Henry County Fire Prevention Bureau is encouraging all Henry County residents that when burning outdoors, to do so in a safe and vigilant manner within the parameters set forth by the County and State of Georgia guidelines. Common questions are: What can be burned? Do I need a permit? When can I burn? Guidance and answers to these questions are found utilizing information contained on the Henry County and the Georgia Forestry Commission’s websites. Most of the guidelines are very similar, however, the Henry County guidelines may be more restrictive than the state guidelines.
