Bobbie Wingo and Henry Wentz identified former Henry County Sheriff, Jimmy Glass seated on the right. Hershel Childs is seated on the left.
Last week’s picture is somewhat incorrectly identified. While that is Sheriff Jimmy Glass on the right, that is NOT Herscel Childs on the left in the dark glasses. That is former County Commissioner (and former Southern Bell employee) Douglas Thames. Bobby Craig (brother of former McDonough Mayor Richard Craig), is behind Doug on his right, wearing a polo shirt. The gentleman to his right was also a County Commissioner, but I don’t recall his name.
Thanks Mike. I only knew Glass, the former Sheriff. The gentleman in the checked jacket looked familiar, but I couldn’t come up with a name.
