Our World School, serving special needs students and located on Highway 42 in Henry County, is announcing the selection of Don Dunlap as its new Executive Director. A former member of the school’s board of directors, with prior careers in business and education, he is uniquely qualified to lead the school forward.

Kevin Callison, Chairman of the school’s board of directors said “I am pleased to welcome Don back to the school in this operational position. His experience as a volunteer, pageant judge, and past member of our board of directors gives us a leader steeped in knowledge of the school and its mission from the time of its founding. His business and educational experience combined with long-standing community connections will serve us well in the future.”

Our World School is a private, non-profit school for children in grades K-12 who have been diagnosed with special needs, including but not limited to, autism, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, ADHD, and other medical/learning disabilities. Our World focuses on academics, life skills, social skills, and partnering with the parent/guardian to provide consistency for the child for the transition from home to school and back home again.
